Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
Good in planning & analytical skills having record keeping ability for reports: well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication etc. and Modern system adaptability & Creativity.

Practical experience working with various types and brands of AC systems including split, window, VRF, duct, and panel AC’s.
Strong ability to quickly and accurately identify system faults and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
In-depth knowledge of VRF systems, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Skilled in installing new AC units and ensuring accurate testing and commissioning procedures.
Proficient in operating a wide range of VRF tools and equipment.
Well-versed in the safe handling, charging, and recovery of refrigerants following proper protocols.
Fully aware of electrical safety practices and risks associated with high-voltage systems and wiring tasks.
To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time.
Assure the service and repair of all AC system/equipment to have in perfect running condition at all times.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
