Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Education, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, English or a related field.
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Admissions & Enrollment: Coordinate the entire admissions process, from form distribution to student record maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely enrollment procedures.
  • Student Affairs: Oversee student identification, attendance, behavioral records, wellness initiatives, and support services like counseling and co-curricular engagement.
  • Parent & Public Communication: Act as the communication bridge between school and guardians, manage school circulars, announcements, and ensure effective updates across communication channels.
  • Content & Event Management: Manage newsletters, website, social media, and YouTube content. Coordinate school events and ensure proper documentation and promotion.
  • Fee & Financial Management: Supervise tuition fee collection, maintain reconciliation records, support budgeting and expenditure planning, and liaise with vendors and the accounts department.
  • Cash & Bank Records: Maintain accurate daily entries in cash and bank books and submit regular reports to corporate finance.
  • HR Support: Monitor staff attendance and leave, process payroll data, and coordinate performance evaluations and training initiatives.
  • Procurement & Inventory: Oversee the purchase of school supplies, maintain up-to-date inventory logs, and ensure efficient store management.
  • Facilities Oversight: Supervise daily housekeeping, ensure campus safety and cleanliness, manage IT and infrastructure maintenance, and support transport logistics.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to government education board guidelines, child safety protocols, and support internal and external audits with regular reporting.
  • CSR & Community Engagement: Assist in scholarship management and community outreach efforts aligned with the school’s social responsibility goals.
  • Documentation & Liaison: Maintain organized administrative records, handle transfer certificates, and liaise with the education office for compliance and official requirements.
