Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 30 years
  • 5+ years in textile/FMCG/B2B sales or market expansion

  • Hands-on experience in price-sensitive and distribution-led markets

  • Strong leadership in building a team with self-driven accountability

  • Proven success in working under minimal supervision and high performance pressure

  • Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram ad tools, influencer marketing, and reporting analytics

SHATARUPA WEAVING MILLS LIMITED is one of Bangladesh’s most respected local fabric manufacturers. Our long-term goal is to become the #1 brand in Bangladesh for local fabrics, recognised for comfort, health benefits, durability, and ethical production.

We are now hiring a Sales & Growth Team Lead who will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations nationwide.

Your Mission

  • Build the national sales and marketing team from zero.
  • Acquire 50+ new customers in 3 months ( B2B Wholesalers, Wholesalers & schools ).
  • Design a complete sales process, pricing model, and customer retention system.
  • Defend our pricing by focusing on value-based storytelling (health, comfort, skin safety).
  • Solve the direct-vs-B2B conflict through smart channel management.
  • Lead market expansion in 64 districts using tailor-shop and institutional partnerships.
  • Implement low-budget, ROI-focused digital campaigns with performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a nationwide team.
  • Customer Acquisition: Generate leads from B2B Wholesalers, retailers, schools.
  • Field Execution: Visit key markets, activate resellers, and ensure market presence.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain territory-wise database; develop CRM discipline.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ensure fair pricing structure to avoid channel conflict.
  • Content & Messaging: Lead storytelling efforts around Oxford vs. polyester fabrics.
  • Performance KPIs: Track conversions, follow-ups, delivery status, and payment collections.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • 50+ new B2B Wholesalers onboarded
  • At least Two pilot markets to be strategically activated across the eight divisions (e.g., Rajshahi, Chittagong etc )
  • Sales process and reporting SOP established
  • Digital campaign test phase completed
  • Loyalty program drafted and validated with key customers
