Ensure 24 hours Security service of the Club.
Prepare the duty roster of security guards and ensure deployment of security guards in security posts in time·
Monitoring the duties and responsibilities of guards.
Ensure register entry of all authorized guests/visitors and vendors.
Ensure all goods/food/food items/parcels and other materials are in/out with authorized gate pass/challan/invoice & keeping records.
Patrolling the Club premises to prevent and detect the hazards intrusion and security threats.
Ensure the training and development of security staffs regularly.
Ensure protocols and traffic controls in VIP movement.
Ensure all guards are present at the posts 10 minutes before starting the shift.
Ensure keeping and delivery of day to day information with recording·
Reports of any unexpected happening to the authority through proper channel.
Ensure safety, safeguard and protection of the club assets/ properties.
Ensure exit and entry with keeping accurate records in register as per rules of the club.
Maintain Club opening & closing in due time and ensure all doors and windows are closed properly.
Any other tasks assigned by the club authority.

A strong portfolio of Safety and Security career.
Familiarity with operation of all types of security devices.
