  • Maintenance of the HR database involves data entry and record updates.

  • Issuing ID cards, increment letters, promotion letters, and transfer letters requires adherence to approved templates and policies.

  • Keeping a Bio-Metric database for insurance purposes involves securely storing biometric data.

  • Preparation and issuance of letters for outgoing workers necessitates proper documentation and clearance procedures.

  • Proper documentation of personal files and records of employees involves organizing and maintaining physical or electronic files.

  • Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding attendance reports, leave records, salary, and OT sheets requires meticulous record-keeping.

  • Preparation of salary sheets, pay slips, and bills involves accurate calculations and document generation.

  • Arranging training programs for workers and staff on various topics requires identifying training needs and designing relevant modules.

  • Proper documentation of meetings and training sessions involves recording key discussions and outcomes.

  • Dealing with disciplinary actions of employees entails enforcing company policies and conducting thorough investigations.

  • Handling compliance issues with buyers involves understanding their requirements and implementing corrective actions.

  • Other tasks assigned by management may include special projects or ad hoc requests.
