Job Context:
RM Automobiles is looking for experienced and driven Assistant Sales Managers to lead and manage regional sales operations across multiple locations in Bangladesh. We are well regarded lubricants importer, manufacturing & trading company in the industry with over 2 decades of experience. Candidates will reside in Dhaka but will be required to travel to other regions to oversee and support the field sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Base Salary: BDT 40,000-45,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Travel & Daily Allowance (TA/DA): As per discussion
Sales Commission: As per company policy
Festival bonuses and other benefits as per company rules
