Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduate from any reputed public or private university.
Experience
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • To be received dealer/retailer/sales person/customer call & give update to them as per ERP software status.
  • Should have good knowledge about Happy Call.
  • Receives the defective handset from customer/dealer/retailer and fill up data into manual job sheet book.
  • To be assign received handset to engineer for repair by ERP software daily basis.
  • To be entry every work complete handset with action taken by ERP software daily basis.
  • To be submit spare parts requisition to central warehouse by ERP software.
  • Talking to customers about non-warranty handsets of engineers will solve the problem.
  • Delivered repaired handset to customer/dealer/retailer.
  • All delivery handsets of the previous day will inform to the sales concern as per area wise about the updated delivery information.
