Responsibilities & Context
To be received dealer/retailer/sales person/customer call & give update to them as per ERP software status.
Should have good knowledge about Happy Call.
Receives the defective handset from customer/dealer/retailer and fill up data into manual job sheet book.
To be assign received handset to engineer for repair by ERP software daily basis.
To be entry every work complete handset with action taken by ERP software daily basis.
To be submit spare parts requisition to central warehouse by ERP software.
Talking to customers about non-warranty handsets of engineers will solve the problem.
Delivered repaired handset to customer/dealer/retailer.
All delivery handsets of the previous day will inform to the sales concern as per area wise about the updated delivery information.
