The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

Ensure adherence to all applicable Bangladesh Labor Law-2006, regulations, and buyer-specific codes of conduct.
Coordinate and support all types of compliance audits; track and implement Corrective Action Plans (Caps) to address non-conformists.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation, records, and checklists through continuous monitoring and reporting.
Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on compliance, safety, chemical handling, and labor rights for employees and committee members.
Oversee Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure a safe working environment aligned with environmental regulations.
Support grievance handling, employee counseling, and welfare initiatives including medical, canteen, and childcare facilities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and international standards such as Amfori BSCI, GRS, RCS etc.
Develop, implement, and update compliance programs, policies, and procedures to align with current laws, buyer expectations, and best practices.
