Proficient in computer operation, especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word; working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
Experience in production/material planning with good knowledge of industrial production process.
Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for the packaging line to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Coordinate with various departments (procurement, production, quality, and logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources.
Monitor and adjust production plans based on changes in order priorities, inventory levels, and production constraints.
Ensure optimized machine utilization and minimal downtime in the production process.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material consumption.
Analyze capacity, materials, and manpower to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address and resolve quality issues in the production process.
