Additional Requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire protection industry or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire systems, control systems, and/or electronic security systems.
  • Established network within the consultant and contractor community.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, Client Engagement, and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Capability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Proficiency in using Sales Software and MS Office tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Present and communicate effectively in English.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Fire-Safety Sales Professional. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and demonstrating fire safety products, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and providing post-sale support. The professional will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, staying updated on industry trends, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end solutions for fire protection systems.
  • Look for projects, especially in the B2B sector, and network well with contractors and contractors as well as project owners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and contractors to enhance our client's presence in the specification process.
  • Provide in-depth product and system knowledge, often accompanying engineers on client visits.
  • Target potential clients in various industries including factory, mining, power plants, oil, chemical, and data centers.
  • Collaborate with branch offices to explore new markets and opportunities.
