Additional Requirements
Preferably with Fabric Manufacturing and Spinning experience
Proven track record in textile quality inspection
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
In-depth understanding of production processes and textile machinery operation
Strong background in production management within the textile sector
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work independently
Effective interpersonal skills for cross-level collaboration
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
High ethical standards and professionalism
Responsibilities & Context
Conduct inspections and audits in accordance with client requirements and company procedures, ensuring compliance with standards.
Collect and document all necessary information accurately for inspections to ensure smooth processing and file management.
Prepare and submit detailed, error-free inspection and audit reports promptly within the specified TAT.
Review factory production records and technical data to assess capacity during audits.
Ensure timely factory entry and maintain professional behavior when interacting with all parties.
Perform assigned tasks efficiently, meeting divisional KPIs within set deadlines.
Conduct activities aligned with client needs and expectations.
Maintain high levels of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies throughout the process.
