Maintain the routine of vehicle/ equipment repair, repair logs and conduct inspections on completed work
Provide services on time following quality standards
Ensure vehicle repair on time; proper usage and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities
Manage inventory of spare parts and materials
To purchase the parts of the vehicle, coordinate with the respective departments
Conduct regular safety checks and ensure that employees use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately
Ensure the preventive Maintenance System according to the schedule
To take emergency steps to solve the problems whenever breakdown occurs on the road
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
