Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
  • Bachelor’s/relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in design software or related areas are a plus.

Experience
  • At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other relevant design software.

  • Animation Skills: Strong animation abilities with a basic understanding of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage personal workload efficiently, meet project deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging digital content that elevates the brand’s reputation and strengthens its presence across various platforms, while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity, values, and goals.

Develop Innovative Concepts and Deliver Engaging Visual Designs:

  • Create visually compelling concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with the brand's identity and target audience.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance visual communication and storytelling through creativity and innovation.

Plan and Execute Design Projects with Excellence:

  • Manage design projects independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and align with objectives.

  • Prioritize and juggle multiple projects while proactively addressing challenges to maintain seamless execution.

Create Multi-Platform Content and Optimize for Impact:

  • Design and produce high-quality content across digital (websites, social media), print (brochures, posters), and multimedia (videos, animations).

  • Optimize visual materials for platform-specific requirements, including file formats, resolutions, and dimensions, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Translate Abstract Ideas into Effective Visuals:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and develop polished illustrations and designs that effectively communicate messages.

  • Leverage storytelling techniques to enhance the emotional and communicative impact of designs.

Stay Ahead with Design Trends and Emerging Technologies:

  • Research and adopt the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain fresh and competitive deliverables.

  • Experiment with innovative techniques to incorporate modern approaches into creative outputs. 

Analyze Social Media Performance and Drive Improvement:

  • Monitor the performance of social media content using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversions.

  • Provide actionable insights to refine design strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with data-driven goals and audience preferences.

Collaborate and Contribute to Team Success:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders, to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to achieve shared goals.
