We are seeking for smart young as well as vibrant and professional female Office Secretary to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a welcoming and positive attributes for all visitors and clients. If you possess excellent communication skills, a polished demeanour, and a proactive attitude, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideal Professionals will be assigned for support work of Honb’le Chairman and All Directors.
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients.
  • Coordinating mail-shorts and similar publicity tasks.
  • Logging or processing bills or expense.
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
  • Welcome all guests/visitors and respond to their queries by providing the necessary information.
  • Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
  • Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
  • Manage seating arrangements for guests & visitors in the waiting room until the concerned person arrives.
  • Receive & distribute necessary letters.
  • Call forwarding & receiving in reception.
  • Ensuring the assigned area is clean and tidy.
  • Ready to travel for any office assignment within the Country as well as abroad if needed.
  • Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
