Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 25 years
  • Applicants must have sufficient knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Office Package, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations sensitively and creatively.

  • Good Typing speed in English (30wpm) & Bangla (20wpm).

  • Sufficient knowledge of office management administration & attendance work.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues


Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage daily office operations and organization.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing official communications (emails, phone calls, letters).

  • File and maintain records, invoices, and other documentation.

  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, or documentations.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relations with customers, partners, and banks.

  • Support team members in administrative tasks.

  • Ready to work after regular office time.
