Right Caddidate are invited on an urgent basis for position of Medical Officer in Doctor Polash Medical Centre on the following terms and conditions:
Job Responsibilities : Provide clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases.
Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and ensure that they are followed.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.
Provide immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients for further treatment or transfer.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.
Coordinate with various Departments and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Work closely with specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Provide consultations and second opinions to other medical staff as needed.
Engage in quality assurance activities and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.
Mentor and train junior medical staff.
Apply evidence-based practices to ensure high standards of patient care & attend OPD
Carry out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
