Commerce/ BBA/ MBA preferred.
Post Graduation in Marketing/ Accounting/ Finance preferred.
Candidate must be experienced in working NBFI/Banks
Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth.
Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment.
Perform daily sales visit and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
Check and submit deposit form to the operation department and ensure correction of information in the form from the team.
Supervise, monitor, and train team members.
Resolve team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues.
Update team's Daily Visit Plan and Monthly business projection.
Visit potential customers with team members.
Any other tasks from the Department Head.
