Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Social Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Consulting Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 34 to 55 years
  • Willingness to travel within the country as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic markets and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new partnerships with contemporary businesses, corporations and associations of home and abroad.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, peer groups, and associations to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership objectives with business strategies.
  • Monitor partnership performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and build networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships proactively.
