Carry out company policies, rules & regulations among the field level work forces.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Make a plan/forecasting and to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales.
Evaluate the performance of front level sales executives.
To be prompt to attend customer queries.
To ensure customer satisfaction pre/post sales service.
Conduct regular meetings with sales executives to review progress of the sales team and to chart a new path for them.
Make own style of managing and leading 20~25 team members to achieve the target.
Communicating with customers regarding unexpected delays in meeting their needs/making delay in delivery.
Establish active communication and engagement with sales executives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
Monitoring and budgeting expenses of travelling and daily expenses, incentives, commission etc.
Willing to adopt and carryout any tasks other than the above to be assigned by the Management time to time.
