Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • The incumbent for this position requires a minimum BBA in HR and an MBA in HRM will add an advantage.
Experience
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 32 years
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with the exposure in HR of MNC/Local culture.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Apparels & Group of Companies.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills·
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker·
  • Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities·
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives·
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamworkAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare organizational policies, procedures SOP & manual;
  • Develop and follow up new initiatives that drive employee engagement and promote key objectives of the organization;
  • Assist in conducting OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR Developmental/HR R&D-related tasks to create a professional work culture;
  • Manage Epyllion's LinkedIn official page & keep it updated;
  • Ensure completion of various HR programs/assignments/HR Products;
  • Arrange and Coordinate HR Monthly Meetings and share meeting minutes with team members;
  • Assist in different program formulation & its implementation;
  • Prepare Office Order, Office Circular, Office Note, Forms & Format, Meeting Minutes etc., and maintain the database;
  • Ensure monthly database of employee's Service Loyalty Award program and organize the program on time;
  • Coordinate people management team for performance evaluation program;
  • Assist in maintaining OE (Organizational Excellence)/HR developmental/HR R&D-related tasks to create a desired culture;
  • Assist in ensuring automation of HR issues.
