Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Retail Store, Textile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Transport Service, Inventory/Warehouse, Online Retail Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • Proven ability as a Culture Transformer, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture that drives employee engagement and organizational harmony.
  • Strong track record as a Policy Implementer, with hands-on experience in developing and executing modern HR policies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading effective change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, with a focus on strategic HR leadership and operational excellence.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills to handle complex workplace challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead, inspire, and transform our people operations and establish world-class HR practices.

Job Context: As the Manager HR & Admin at Shatarupa Group, you will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

You will ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive work culture, and implement modern HR practices to attract, retain, and nurture talent.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development & Implementation:

  • Develop a modern and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all company positions (from entry-level to leadership) through full DNA mapping and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Formulate strategies to align the HR function with the company's mission and vision and contribute to organizational growth.

Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition:

  • Build a leadership team by identifying and recruiting top talent for departmental leadership as well as supporting roles in compliance with the company’s recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Ensure “right person, right place, right time” hiring practices by focusing on the qualifications, skills, and competencies required for specific roles.

Organizational Analysis & Optimization:

  • Conduct SWOT analysis for the organization and recommend actionable strategies to leverage strengths and opportunities while mitigating weaknesses and threats.

Performance Monitoring & Accountability:

  • Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Scorecards to monitor individual and departmental performance.
  • Ensure accountability through timely monitoring and evaluation of employee responsibilities and achievements.

Training & Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on the company’s core values, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, counseling, and support to foster professional growth and improve employee performance.

Policy Development & Workplace Culture:

  • Rebuild, update, and modernize company policies to create a comprehensive HR policy framework tailored to current industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture that ensures harmony and seamless execution of all operations.

Employee Engagement & Succession Planning:

  • Monitor employees’ performance to ensure timely completion of tasks within deadlines.
  • Propose and implement succession planning strategies for under-performing employees through replacement or development initiatives.

General HR Duties:

  • Ensure the implementation of measures to smoothen work processes across departments.
  • Collaborate with senior management to execute additional tasks as assigned.
