Manage overall financial and managerial activities on behalf of Management
Manage Office and day to day activities and report to management as per needed
Utilize software to organize financial account information
Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
Ensure proper documentation with safe and standard system like Bill Vouchers, Bank Statement, Personnel File, Agreement, Letter, Notice, corresponding documents etc.
Control of the financial transactions and prepare weekly report, monthly reports.
To prepare voucher and checking bill/ supporting vouchers, make sure approval before all kinds of Payments and receipts.
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, Accountants or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management (HRM)
Basic knowledge of employee legislation
Good Knowledge on People Management
Experience using spreadsheets
Good knowledge at MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
High Skills on English & Bangla typing
Good verbal and written communication skills
