Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) preferred.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of active practice with the Bar Council of Bangladesh
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property transactions, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh.
Must have good understanding of Land law, Mutation, Law of limitation, law of registration.
