Education
  • L.L.B with Bar council certified

Experience
  • At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • Minimum 5 years in the same role

  • Looking well-groomed, well communication skill, IT Skill.

  • Must have to live in Dhaka with family.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Providing legal advice and counsel to clients, administration, and board of directors

  • Preparing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements, and executing them

  • Maintaining constant communication with management, staff, and vendors

  • Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures for internal operation, management, and organization

  • Maintaining accurate case files, notes and reports.

  • Negotiating cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client.

  • Writing legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, wills and appeals.

  • Handle and resolve land property disputes efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary to represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.

  • Legal opinion on various kinds of documents;

  • Interactions with the clients, conducting initial meetings with the clients, taking down details, receive documents, keeping in touch with clients and follow-up.

  • Checking of legal documents.

  • Appear before court on behalf of company.

  • Any other issues related the legal.
