Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class / Division / Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.
Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFI rules & regulations.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication (Bangla and English).
Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management.
Ensure the collection of monthly installment.
Call / SMS / visit (within/ out of city) and make all necessary communication with the customers on daily basis following organizations norms.
Prepare Recovery reports on a regular basis, as desired by the supervisor.
Assist supervisor in any Recovery crisis, and / or any critical matter.
Attend customer and meet queries, prepare visit report.
Prepare daily time wise work plan, weekly collection plan, monthly tour plan and submit to supervisor.
Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
Strong Capabilities to communicate with the party to collect due money.
Analyze customer data and take initiative to solve the issue.
Understand certain financial and legal knowledge.
Able to accept long-term business trips with uncertain working locations.
Strong ability to work with reliable customers.
Inform the line manager immediately for any dispute occur in times of call/ visit.
Any others task assigned by the Management.
