Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments Accessories
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Proficient in English communication & computer operation ( MS Office, etc.).
  • Result oriented and willing to take challenges.
  • Quick and careful learner.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong teamwork spirit.
  • Strong communications skills in English and Bengali (speaking & writing).
  • Having growth mind set to accept changes in technologies, systems.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Process and follow up orders & provide timely and effective services to local and overseas customers.
  • Prompt to respond customer inquiries and requests (via mobile and email communications) as and when required.
  • Coordinate with relevant department to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
  • Follow up and coordinate to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
  • Coordinate all relevant issues with customers also make sure to follow up payment from customers. 
  • Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standard.
