Master’s Degree in any subject from any recognized university in Bangladesh or abroad.
Additional certifications in school leadership, administration, or curriculum development
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in an English medium school.
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Vice Principal, Head of Department, or Academic Coordinator).
Extensive experience in English Medium curriculum, including Early Years, Primary, Mid-Level, O’ Level, and A’ Level teaching.
Strong background in teacher training, curriculum development, and student performance improvement.
