We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Desk who are willing to demonstrate their skills and provide effective work for our Clinic.
Key to Responsibility :
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude for all communications.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Employee will be promoted short time for showing better work result.
Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing information about club services, membership, events, and facilities.
Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle check-ins/check-outs for members and guests.
Manage and update member records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Process payments for memberships, events, or services, and provide receipts.
Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments or reservations for club services.
Monitor the condition of the club’s reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Direct members and guests to the appropriate areas of the club or assist with inquiries about the facilities.
Assist in the planning and coordinating club events and event decorator/catering including making reservations, setting up, and managing registrations.
Promote upcoming events to members and guests.
