Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve design decisions.
Create user personas and journey maps to enhance the user experience.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
Iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
Visual Design
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Maintain consistency with brand identity, typography, and color schemes.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Usability Testing & Improvements
Conduct A/B testing and usability tests to refine UI/UX elements.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to improve user engagement.
Continuously optimize UI/UX designs based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus .
