Assess Training Needs of employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.
Prepare regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Head of Training.
Design, develop, organize, conduct & evaluate all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of business division.
Ensure appropriate faculty, training tools, equipments, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.
Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
Assist Training Manager to Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Training reports.
Compile & maintain all documents & records of training programs.
Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining Quality Management System.
