Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years


Responsibilities & Context

  • Assess Training Needs of employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.

  • Prepare regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Head of Training.

  • Design, develop, organize, conduct & evaluate all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of business division.

  • Ensure appropriate faculty, training tools, equipments, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.

  • Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.

  • Assist Training Manager to Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Training reports.

  • Compile & maintain all documents & records of training programs.

  • Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining Quality Management System.
