Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • ToT Certification

  • Industrial and Labor Law Certification

  • Industrial Compliance Certification

  • ISO Certification Courses

Experience
  • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Responsibilities & Context

  • To conduct analysis to identify training needs across departments by consulting with managers and HR to understand skill gaps and performance issues.

  • To Prepare Annual Training Calendar for RHBL Headquarter, Conduct the HR & Admin related training and coordinate all T & D sessions of the headquarter.

  • To ensure proper Induction Training Session for all types of employees of RHBL Headquarter with detail information of related employment rules and regulations.

  • To maintain proper documentation for internal and external audit authorities.

  • To work on Organizational Development initiatives for the best HR & Admin practices in RHBL Headquarter.
