Experience

A leading chemical manufacturing company is producing high-quality chemical products for both the local and international markets. We are the leading manufacturer of Caustic Soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrochloric Acid, Liquid Chlorine, Calcium Carbonate Filler, Chloro-Alkane Chemical, and many more. Currently, we are looking for dedicated, hardworking, and creative individuals for the Quality Assurance department with a strong academic background.

  • Ensure the quality of raw materials and packaging materials according to established standards.
  • Ensure the production and supply of defect-free products.
  • Analyze the production process to develop strategies for increasing productivity.
  • Research and develop new products based on end-user requirements.
  • Address customer complaints regarding products and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and guide supervisors, staff, and quality control technicians within the quality department, providing instant solutions to problems as they arise at the SAL Unit.
  • Conduct training sessions for subordinates.
  • Responsible for planning and executing the sampling and testing of raw materials, technical materials, finished products, boiler and brine waters, in-process samples, and complaint samples according to established procedures.
  • Perform the preparation and standardization of standard solutions and reagents.
  • Conduct measurements for the calibration of inspection, measuring, and test equipment, and initiate corrective actions for maintenance and repair.
  • Communicate effectively with the reporting manager regarding any abnormalities.
  • Verify the validity of all test methods before use.
  • Compile all documents related to the Quality Management System (QMS) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and control activities during shift hours.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Maintenance, and Stores.
  • Adhere to safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and housekeeping norms in QC/QA.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
