Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Retail Store, Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required.

Job Description:

The Trainee District Manager will oversee the overall performance of our retail operations in the assigned territory, ensure that sales targets are met, and provide effective leadership to Branch Managers.

  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to Branch Managers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve their targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor sales performance at the territory level, analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure that they are within budget.

  • Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are adhered to, including credit management, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.

  • Supervise and take short and long-term measures to keep receivables at the desired level.

  • Analyze and solve the territory's operational and administrative issues.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, after-sales service, supply chain, credit and human resources, to support the overall growth and success of our company.
