Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route.

  • Sales generation based on target leads by visiting dealers & farms on a regular basis.

  • Constant communication with Farmers, Dealers and supervisors to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.

  • Retain Existing Dealers, Farmers and ensure newly Converted Farmers and Dealers from competitors.

  • Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by the department & meet all listed farmers having on each route to know the condition of the farmers.

  • Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls, & market scenario.

  • Communicate with people outside the organization, the public & other external sources.

  • Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.

  • Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
