Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route.
Sales generation based on target leads by visiting dealers & farms on a regular basis.
Constant communication with Farmers, Dealers and supervisors to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
Retain Existing Dealers, Farmers and ensure newly Converted Farmers and Dealers from competitors.
Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by the department & meet all listed farmers having on each route to know the condition of the farmers.
Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls, & market scenario.
Communicate with people outside the organization, the public & other external sources.
Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.
Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
