Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, pitching online our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating prices, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.

  • Convert leads into confirmed sales by addressing inquiries and objections.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within the specified timeline.

  • Focus on driving revenue growth through effective telesales strategies.

Customer Interaction:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Handle follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

  • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Negotiate and Close Deals:

  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure agreements.

  • Ensure timely deal closures while meeting customer expectations.

Sales Process Management:

  • Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities in CRM software.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports to the management team.

  • Handle negotiations and ensure timely payments.

Instant Problem Solving:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.

  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues promptly.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
