Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline for the sales team.

  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Angan Developments Ltd.'s projects.         

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.    

  • Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team with interested clients.         

  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.         

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.         

  • Regularly update the lead database to ensure effective targeting and follow-ups.         

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for lead generation and conversion.         

  • Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes to the sales manager.         

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine telemarketing strategies.
