Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.  
Experience
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Market Research Firms, Consulting Firms, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in software or IT sales.

  • Experience of giving software demo, installation & training to clients.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, presentation skills and other similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities & Context

Talent Centric is hiring for a multinational technology company that provides business software for Small and Medium Businesses.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software products and services.
  • Develop business systems that boost software sales.
  • Try new ideas, utilizing data and expertise for quick innovation.
  • Execute sales with strategy, techniques for achieving profit goals.
  • Develop campaigns, oversee partnerships, events, and lead generation strategies to facilitate communication.
  • Pre-sales operations include generating prospects (sales leads), calling prospects, and providing product demos.
  • Activities following sales evaluate the client's experience and guarantee satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to advance lead generation, product, and marketing strategies.

Workdays : Saturday to Thursday
