1+ years working with CCTV, IP cameras, access control, fire alarm systems, intercom systems, or other building or electronic control systems.
Must have good knowledge of structured cabling requirements, design, and installation.
Proficiency in software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Vision.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
Job Context:
We are looking for a qualified ICT Technician / Assistant Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. A successful ICT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
Install structured cabling (Cat 5e, CAT6), Fiber, and DIS line, including electrical cable of the network device.
Wire and install CCTV security cameras, IP cameras, access control, PA systems, and other various security-related systems.
Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on the computer, laptop, UPS, laser printer, POS, and card printer.
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule.
Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the ICT Manager in support of the performance objectives of the department.
Other related duties as assigned.
