Requirements

Education
  • A Level, HSC
Experience
  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations.

  • Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.

  • A knack for attention to detail; it’s not just a trait; it’s a way of life for you.
