Requirements

Education
  • Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Candidates with diploma in Graphic Arts and Printing will get preference.
  • Candidate from Garments Accessories or Printing & Packaging is a must.
  • Good Knowledge of Paper, Printing, Color and Mellow Color.
  • Ability to make/take decisions in terms of Offset Production.
  • Ability to supervise the team on a single shift.
  • Agree to do shifting duty(Day Shift & Night Shift).
  • Ready to take challenges and should have the ability to balance the workload.

Good concept about the below offset printing machineries:

*CD-102_6 Color

*SM-74_5 Color

*SM-74_2 Color

*SM-52_2 Color


Responsibilities & Context

  • To receive the job docket and issue paper and ink to the floor.
  • To make a production report regularly and share it with HOD.
  • To receive all types of products and issue accordingly.
  • To share and follow up on the machine schedule according to PPC.
  • To take decisions from the HOD for any critical issue like shed, color or any others.
  • To maintain the mellow color issue.
  • To provide instant support to the operators in terms of any decision related to production.
  • Act like a second man of the department once the HOD is not available.
  • Any others duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD.
