Handle guest complaints, requests, and special accommodations.
Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized service.
Train, schedule, and oversee front desk agents and receptionists.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
Collect & analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure staff follows hotel policies and service standards.
Monitor all OTA, Corporate, reservations & room allocation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
Manage overbookings, upgrades, and walk-in guests efficiently.
Cross Check Night Audit day close report and check all accurate billing, payments, and cashiering procedures.
Handle discrepancies, refunds, and guest account issues.
Monitor daily transactions and cash handling.
Coordinate link between Front desk, housekeeping, and other departments.
Ensure smooth communication regarding guest arrivals, requests, and special requirements.
Conduct shift briefings to update staff on hotel occupancy and important matters.
Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure front desk operations comply with hotel policies and local regulations.
Ensure all technology & equipment at the front desk are functioning properly.
Ensure & monitor Front office PMS software (NICE) working properly.
Monitor security measures, key control, and emergency procedures.
Prepare duty roster, Monthly Inventory & front office report.
Assist in crisis management when necessary.
