Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    NGO
Additional Requirements
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • At least 2 year(s) in Building construction.
  • Clear idea about Architectural drawings.
  • Good command over working experience in Auto CAD 2D.
  • Able to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
  • Should have clear idea on RAJUK and other authority’s rules for approval of drawing.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

TMSS is a national level development organization. TMSS invites application from eligible candidates for the following post of Housing Project(LICHSP).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall technical assistance to Housing Project (LICHSP) regarding all types of drawing, from planning to implementation, monitoring and coordination with the beneficiaries in all respect;

  • Prepare all types of architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing and Electrical drawing.

  • Prepare housing plan if required.

  • Prepare detail estimates of a housing project/building construction project.

  • Ensure that all technical inputs and cost estimates related to the construction components are accurate, timely provided and included in the project proposals and budgets.

  • Coordinate with Operations and programs required activities ensuring proper and timely actions from both, the World Bank’s and PKSF’s side.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the authority.


Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: Consolidate 25,000/- (Including TAX & VAT) + others admissible benefits.
