At least 1 year of practical experience as a beautician, cosmetologist, or trainer in beauty services.
Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals, preferably in humanitarian or low-resource settings.
Expertise in various beautification techniques, including hair care, makeup, skincare, and nail care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire participants.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Basic knowledge of business management concepts is a plus for supporting participants in setting up beauty-related ventures.
