The Store & Distribution Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the store and distribution processes at Bio-xin Cosmeceuticals in Jamalpur. This role involves managing various stores related to raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and mechanical components. The manager will also supervise the inventory of livestock agro products, such as milk, eggs, and livestock, to ensure smooth and efficient production and distribution.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills and will work closely with procurement, production, and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels, ensure compliance, and support continuous operations in the factory setting.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Store & Distribution, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage Raw Materials (RM) Store, Packaging Materials (PM) Store, Finished Goods (FG) Store for the cosmeceuticals unit, and Mechanical Store.
Supervise the inventory of livestock agro products, such as milk, eggs, livestock.
Utilize MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Register Book, and SAP software for accurate inventory management.
Track and monitor stock levels for the feed mill’s RM and Finished Goods (FG).Oversee feed mill consumption and maintain adequate inventory levels.
Maintain Mushak-6.1 records and ensure compliance.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent stock shortages or excess.
Ensure proper documentation for the receipt and distribution of store materials.
Keep accurate records of received materials and monitor surplus stock.
Prepare and submit monthly stock reports, ensuring timely deliveries.
Supervise and train store assistants and laborers on material handling and organization.
Regularly monitor product stock levels and arrange products on shelves for easy access.
Ensure the cleanliness, pest control, and proper temperature control of store areas.
Maintain and generate reports for inventory management metrics such as Minimum, Maximum, Re-Order Levels, Lead Time, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).
Analyze inventory trends to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and collaborate with the Procurement department to raise Purchase Requests (PR).
Provide timely RM, PM, and other materials to support smooth production operations.
Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.
