Requirements

Experience
  • 2 to 4 years

    Real Estate

  • Age at least 25 years
  • Experienced in social media marketing and management

  • Experienced in media buying with Face book Ads and Google Ads.

  • Experienced in using analytical tools such as Google analytics, Face book Audience Insights etc.

  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking and attentive to details.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities & Context

Content Creation and Management:

  • Graphic Design Expert. (Photoshop, Adobe illustrator)

  • Expert on Meta Ads Campaign.

  • Expert on Social Media Marketing.

  • Motion Video Making, Video Editing & Animated Shorts Video Crate Expert.

  • Quality Content Writing ideas.

  • Computer Hardware and Software Problem Solving Experience.

  • Manage and maintain the company's websites. (Laravel&Wordpress).

  • Manage and improved the website content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Microsoft Office & Excel Knowledge.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging written or graphic content.

  • Knowledge of YouTube Video marketing& SEO.

  • SEO and SEM.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On Page & Off Page.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, or social marketing platforms.

  • Knowledge of video marketing, content marketing, or influencer marketing strategies.

  • Determine SEO strategy and various content channels to utilize.

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan and execute all Digital Marketing Campaigns, Including SEO/SEM, Social Media and Display Advertising.

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company products and services specially real estate project ( Apartment).

Manage Social Media Presence:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data driven digital marketing.

  • Oversee the company’s social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.

  • Create and share engaging content daily, responding the followers and tracking campaign progress.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Research and implement new technologies to keep the company ahead of industry development.

  • Budget management:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to various channels.

  • Track and report on budge performance.

Campaign optimization:

  • Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI.

  • Use A/B testing and other methodologies to identify the most effective strategies.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop Strategies to Generate Lead Through Digital Channels.

  • Nurture leads through Targeted Campaigns and Follow-Up
