Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • A Master’s degree or certification in OD is preferred.
Experience
  • 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and implement OD strategies like change management, talent & succession planning, L&D Program, workforce planning & analytics, process improvement & innovation, performance management that support Bengal Meat’s mission to set industry standards in quality and safety.
  • Identify and address unique organizational challenges, with a focus on promoting agility and resilience across teams.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to highlight strengths and opportunities for improvement, Initiate program and plans aligning with business goals.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential employees and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the talent and succession planning process, ensuring readiness for critical roles and alignment with long-term organizational goals.
  • Develop Assessment center for MT recruitment & run the program.
  • Develop & update organogram in periodic interval.
  • Promote the culture of Self development.
  • Role-wise competency assessment for gap identification (TNA) and design development plan.
  • Creates long-term learning and development strategies to develop organizational talent.
  • Responsible for continuous follow-up with the training program to understand further improvement in the training module and then to update accordingly.
  • Design, implement and improve performance management systems that drive accountability, enhance productivity, deliver result in alignment with business goals and organization values.
  • Enhance Bengal Meat’s reputation as employer to attract and retain top talent by promoting its unique culture, commitment to quality, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to effectively communicate our brand internally and externally.
  • Lead to develop, update, and communicate HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
