Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Responsibilities & Context

  • Craft and execute the organization's HR strategy, ensuring policies are clearly communicated, fairly implemented, and effectively adhered to.

  • Develop and maintain robust systems for gathering performance data, analyze statistical trends to propose actionable solutions, and enhance managerial capabilities through targeted training on best practices.

  • Address interpersonal challenges impacting performance, establish and periodically review performance benchmarks, and concentrate on manpower planning, training, and employee well-being.

  • Offer guidance to key stakeholders on HR matters, including labor laws and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage the orientation process for new hires, oversee exit interviews to glean insights, and endorse relevant employee training initiatives.

  • Handle employee concerns and disciplinary matters as necessary.
