3-5 years’ proven experience in field forces recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment process and best practices
Excellent communications and stakeholders management skills
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Individual for our Talent Acquisition Team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales force of Akij Venture Group. This role includes conducting walk-in interviews, coordinating corporate interview sessions, handling pre/post-joining formalities, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience. Additionally, this position requires periodic travel outside Dhaka for recruitment activities and supporting various HR functions as assigned by the supervisor.
Routine/Regular Job:
Organize and conduct walk-in interview for Sales Forces recruitment
Corporate Interview coordination
Ensure smooth on-boarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain & update the recruitment database
Follow up pre/post joining formalities
Assist in Interview Call
Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals etc. to attract potential candidates)
Non-routine/Periodical Job:
Conduct Walk-in Interviews at outside of Dhaka
Any task assigned by the Supervisor
Others benefit as per the company policy
