Post Graduation/ Graduation in Business Administration (Banking & Insurance or related field).
2-5 years of experience in corporate insurance management is preferred.
Hands-on experience in handling insurance policies, claims processing, and risk assessment.
Experience in collaborating with auditors, finance teams, and external insurance providers.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Word.
Flexibility to perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Readiness to travel for site inspections when required.
Ensure that all properties are consistently covered under active and comprehensive insurance policies.
Conduct insurance renewal process to renew/amend all insurance policies at the time of expiration/year-end and allocate insurance renewal.
Conduct insurance claim process with the collaboration of internal and external parties.
Track insurance claim and update the supervisor about the claim status.
Process the payment of insurance premium bills and maintain the outstanding schedule.
Booking Cost of insurance premium in respective business timely.
Identify areas of improvement of risk management processes within the organization.
Collaborate with the audit team to ensure adherence to regulations & proper compliance.
Need to visit incidental place as well as insured place to inspect the risk factors.
